Our Philosophy & Mission
At Peace of Culture (POC), we believe that each individual possesses a set of unique and necessary skills, knowledge, and perceptions that they choose to contribute to the organizations they join. Further, that organizations facilitate those contributions through formal and informal structures and rules that, when viewed as a whole, create what is commonly known as "culture".
Peace of Culture's mission is to support the development of highly productive, inclusive, and equitable organizational cultures that value the contributions of each of their staff members. We provide coaching, facilitation, and consulting in diversity, equity, and inclusion to organizations and leaders so that every contributor:
1) is able and willing to bring their full selves into the workplace, and,
2) has greater access to their own creativity, talents, and skills, as well as those of their teammates.
